When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by October 15th, 2026 so we can finalize arrangements.

Which events are planned?

Welcome Brunch is Saturday morning from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Sangeet is Saturday evening at 7:00 PM, and the Wedding ceremony starts at 10:00 AM on Sunday.

How do I book my room at Le Meridien?

  1. Use the booking button on the Travel & Stay page to automatically apply the special rate.
  2. Select any number of nights between 3rd and 8th December for the discounted rate to apply.
  3. If needed, manually enter group code AV2AV2K during the booking process.

Will a shuttle be provided from the airport to the hotel?

Yes, a shuttle will be provided for guests from Cochin International Airport to Le Meridien (approximately a 1-hour drive). Our RSVP team will reach out to you directly to coordinate your arrival details and shuttle pickup.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The Welcome Brunch will be held in a semi-open area, the Sangeet is indoors, and the Wedding ceremony is outdoors. AC coolers will be set up and fans provided to keep guests comfortable.

What weather should we expect in Kochi in December?

December is generally warm and pleasant. Light, breathable fabrics are recommended, especially for daytime events.
